Thriving local businesses and organisations depend on our capability to attract, recruit and retain rangatahi and young people from our communities. The employment market is increasingly competitive. So what can we all do differently to be more successful in broadening horizons and growing our local workforce?
David has 30 years of international experience in youth to employment agendas and has visited NZ previously, working with employers, the Mayors Taskforce for Jobs, and most recently the Ministry of Education. He brings practical tools and evidence from around the world, and is an engaging speaker and facilitator.
During the Workshop, David will share what works from experience and learning both here and internationally, and practical tips and tools for your toolkit. Engaging effectively with millennials will be one focus of the workshop.
