Ōpōtiki is your stunning 'Coast by Nature' choice for filming.
We have miles of ocean, a 160 km coastline, clean rivers and over 11,200 hectares of native bush and scrubland. Opotiki is a scenic wonderland steeped in history and culture.
It's no wonder we're already the location of award winning movies, and the home of a world famous actor and director to boot!
