Kei te tangi hotuhotu ana te ngākau i tēnei po mo rātou kei te ngaro tonu ki runga i a whakaari.

We are flying our flag at half mast as our hearts go out to the injured, and families of those who are deceased and those still missing, including local people, after the eruptions on Whakaari.

Our deepest thanks go to all those who responded, and continue to respond, to this tragic event. We are humbled by the many acts of selfless bravery, right through to the smallest acts of kindness, and we stand in support of everyone who is working tirelessly on the recovery operation.
