The public are invited to join Her Worship the Mayor, Councillors, and Ōpōtiki District Council staff in the ANZAC Day Commemorations with the Parade departing from the Ōpōtiki Returned Services Association Memorial Club, St John Street, Ōpōtiki, at 11:00am on Sunday 25 April 2021. Fall-in at 10:30am.
The Dawn Parade will be held at Terere Marae. Assemble at Ōpōtiki RSA at 5:30am for transportation. Service 6:00am.
Temporary Disruption to Ordinary Vehicular Traffic due to road closures associated with the ANZAC Day Civic Parade
The Ōpōtiki District Council wishes to advise that there will be some disruption to through traffic due to road closures in the following streets to allow the passing/holding of the ANZAC Day Parade:

Elliott Street – Church St to St John Street
Temporary Closed:
Church – Richard Street to Kelly Street
Elliott St – Moody Place Carpark Entrance to Potts Ave
Potts Ave – Kelly Street to old Post Office Exchange Alleyway
[Disability/Elderly parking will be available in the Skate-park carpark on Potts Ave]
