If you need to report an urgent Council issue call 07 3153030 24/7. Non-urgent reports/requests can be sent through the Antenno app or our online form.

Want to lodge an application, pay an account, or request something ready for us to view when our office reopens after the holiday? You can access a range of services through MyŌpōtiki our online services portal.
Changes to kerbside collection days
If you are on the Tuesday (east of Waioweka Bridge) collection: Your pickup day does NOT change. It’s the same day, same way.
If you are on Wednesday (west of Waioweka Bridge) collection: Your pickup day will be MONDAY:
Monday 23 December and Monday30 December.
We move back to normal collection from the week 6 January 2025.

Keeping you connected
Te Tāhuhu o Te Rangi is closed Christmas Day and Boxing Day and the 1st and 2nd January 2025. And are open normal days/hours for the rest of the holidays so you can enjoy our amazing library.
Ōpōtiki isite is closed from 12 noon 24 December 2024 to Thursday 27 December 2024. And closed also on 1 January 2025. Open normal hours/days for the rest of the holidays: weekdays 9am – 4:30pm and weekends 9am – 1pm.
