Council seeks input on Reserve Management Plan
Council is reviewing the district's Reserve Management Plan.
The reserves include sportsfields, parks, Council managed natural areas and some Ōpōtiki District Council land such as the area encompassing Council's administration building.
The plans are administered under the Reserves Act 1977 and aim to ensure that reserves provide the opportunity for use and enjoyment as well being appropriately maintained, protected and preserved.
Council is seeking your input to ensure that your ideas contribute to the future management of the reserves.
Copies of the reviewed Reserve Management Plan are available from our office at 108 St John Street, Ōpōtiki, the Ōpōtiki District Library or the links below.

Your views can be provided to Council by any of the following methods:
Writing to Council at PO Box 44, Ōpōtiki 3162
Emailing info@odc.govt.nz
Completing an online submission form.
Completing and returning a hardcopy submission form which is available from Council's office or the Ōpōtiki District Library.
Consultation opened Monday 9 December 2019 and the closing date has been extended to 4pm, Tuesday 14 April 2020.
All submissions will be made available to the Council and they will take them in to consideration when making decisions.
