How can I request a copy of, or view information held in, a property file?
Online
We need you to complete the online Property File Assessment Request form below so that we can access the file and assess its size before we ask you to pay for a partial or full copy.
We will then send you our standard Property File Request Form along with an estimate of the charges.
This then gives you the opportunity to decide if you wish to go ahead with your request.
In person
We need you to complete a Property File Assessment Request form at our front counter and pay an administration charge of $6.00.
Generally, viewing at our offices can be completed as you wait, however some complex subdivisions may require time to collate and you may be asked if you would like to be called or emailed back, within 48 hours, when it available.

How will I receive my digital copy?
This depends on the size of the digital file. It may be emailed directly to you. We may send you a link to a large file transfer site for you to download the file or you can request that it be provided on a DVD/disk. Copies sent on DVD/disks will incur extra charges for media, postage and packaging costs.
How long will it take?
Your request for a quote generally will be processed within 24-48 hours. Dependant on a number of factors please allow between 3-5 working days to receive your file.
